Seven years!

I have had this blog seven years! What in the world?!?! It does not seem that long, but it has been. I began it when I graduated college at Winthrop and was just moving to Columbia to begin my new life of graduate school there. I can't even begin to describe all the changes that have happened in those seven years. But oh wait, the blog does. I really do need to look into getting one of those books made from my blog.

Every now and then I go back and read old ones to see what was going on exactly at certain points in my life. I am thankful to have so many life changing experiences captured on here. And while the readers may have come and gone, I have kept it more for myself. I have always found it to be therapeutic to write out my thoughts and feelings. And I guess my hope is that someone else may have benefited from those thoughts and feelings along the way.

My husband makes fun of me for my little intro to the side over there...but it's amazing that it went from " A simple 22 year old single lady" to "A simple 29 year old married lady who is a new mother" in those seven years. And I am most thankful for the last part that says the stuff about messing up each day and God's grace covering it. That is definitely the story of my last seven years and I pray that it continues to be throughout my life.
